The XF Prep Station delivers fast, meticulous, and thorough washing of your cells, ensuring consistent assay conditions while offering unsurpassed ease-of-use. A simple, integrated interface within the XF Wave software controls all wash steps sequenced within the XF assay protocol.
Until now, XF users have had to manually remove and rinse cells of culture medium with a multi-channel pipettor prior to adding assay medium and pre-incubating in a non-CO2 incubator, often adding significant time and variation to their assay. Now you can simply program the medium wash protocol and the Seahorse XF Prep Station does the rest.

The XFp Analyzer monitors the two major energy pathways of the cell: Oxidative Phosphorylation, measured by Oxygen Consumption Rate (OCR) and Glycolysis, measured by Extracellular Acidification Rate (ECAR). The XFp Analyzer is built on Extracellular Flux (XF) technology, which is well established by over 1000 peer-reviewed publications.
The XFp Analyzer is ideal for researchers who run a just few samples per day, such as patient-derived and other precious samples as well as any pairwise comparison. The XFp Analyzer is the most affordable XF technology platform, so it is an attractive option for single labs and personal use.
The Analyzer and corresponding XFp Miniplate are well suited to performing standard XF Assays such as the Cell Mitochondrial Stress Test, Glycolysis Stress Test, and Metabolic Switch assay. With 6 sample wells, the XFp Miniplate has the same well geometry as the XFe96 Analyzer.
